Rental Rates For Lower Unit

$5500		Weekly summer rate (please email for off-season and non-holiday rates)
		10% tax on rental rate, linen and cleaning
$500		Security deposit (refundable if left in same condition less damages)
$550		Cleaning & Linen Fee
		No Processing Fee
		Note: Half of all fees are required to hold your specific date

Rental Policies

	Your reservation is not confirmed until we have received a signed rental agreement, half the total rental cost, and a photocopy of your drivers license.
	The security deposit is fully refundable as long as the unit is left in the same condition as it was found at the beginning of your rental. Deductions will be taken from the deposit for any damages incurred during your stay.
	In the event of cancellation your rental reservation deposit will only be refunded if the unit is re rented for that period. Cancellations must be made in writing, via email, fax or mail. Cancellations will not be taken by phone.
	Pets are not allowed in either unit.
	Parties or large gatherings are only allowed with prior written consent from owner.
	No smoking or tobacco products permitted inside either unit, nor on the patio or on any of the premises.
